Ormaza Construction

Welcome to Ormaza Construction

History of Ormaza
Ormaza Construction was established in 1963 by Pete Ormaza. Pete became an apprentice carpenter at 14 years old. Pete immigrated from the Basque country in 1955, at the age of 25. His son, Pedro, took over the business in 1995. Pedro has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Boise State University.

The Ormaza Philosophy
Ormaza offers high quality services and product. Ormaza employees are focused, driven, and passionate about building and creating. Ormaza creates and offers a Design-Build Service. Ormaza is an entity of professionals that love what they do. Quality comes first- profit isn’t the driving force of the company; it is a passion for building. No project is completed as “good enough”.

Why Choose Ormaza?
We build every project as though we will own it. We also offer complete service from conceptual design to the finished project.

Ormaza keeps costs down, as you are paying one vendor for the services of many. We are a small company, capable of completing large-scale projects. Our low overhead costs allow us to transfer these savings to our clients.

Ormaza Employees
Project Superintendant Bill Dutton has worked with Ormaza for over fifteen years and he, like Pedro, grew up in the construction industry. Project Manager and estimator Brandon Palmer joined Ormaza Construction in 2010 and adapted quickly to the business workings, with experience in residential construction management, engineering design and mining. Pedro began working in the field and has worked his way to owner, while still maintaining the prestige company his father started. Ormaza employees are prepared the same way, from the dirt work up. Regardless of their job title, all employees share the same passion for quality and construction.
