Pedro joined Ormaza Construction in November of 1994.
Experience
Prior to joining Ormaza Construction, Pedro spent three years in Boise, Idaho as a Construction Estimator and Project Manager. During this time, he served many premier clients in the Northwest. Pedro has significant experience in project estimating, project management, budget/variance analysis, subcontractor relationships and supervision. His areas of expertise include commercial, design/build, industrial construction and agricultural.

Jennifer Roberson - Project Manager
Jennifer joined Ormaza Construction as an intern in 2006 & joined the team full time in February 2012
Experience
Jennifer joined Ormaza Construction’s Team in 2006. Throughout the years, she took part in learning and training in the construction industry. After completing her college education, she returned to be employed with Ormaza Construction as a full time Project Manager and Estimator. Jennifer has experience with many phases of general construction, with an emphasis on commercial and tenant improvement projects.

Pete Ormaza began working as a carpenter at the age of 14 in the Basque Country of Spain. After immigrating to the US in 1955, he began working on local ranches in Elko performing mostly carpentry work. In 1963, Pete Ormaza started Ormaza Construction. He became a Butler Builder in 1966, and began offering premium pre-engineered metal buildings and roof systems in addition to the traditional buildings and remodels that he was so well known for. Pete Ormaza prided himself in providing quality craftsmanship and affordable prices. He passed down these key traits to his son and successor Pedro G. Ormaza, which has been instrumental in Ormaza Construction’s success for over 50 years.
Pedro G. Ormaza graduated from Boise State University in 1990, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He transitioned to owner of Ormaza Construction in 1995. Pedro’s many years of working alongside his father, paired with his college education, has helped him to honor his father’s memory and to take Ormaza Construction to the next level.
Butler has awarded Ormaza Construction many awards over the years, including Builder of the Year. Butler provides Builders design-build construction solutions and innovative building technology to the commercial and industrial markets.
